Returns and Exchanges

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused, lace not cut, unwashed and in its original packaging.

Exchanges: No Exchanges

Non-refundable Products: Some products, like custom wigs or hair extensions that have been opened, are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
